Dissappointing cashiers

I go shop every week to makro to shop but the most dissappointing when i always go to till makro in woodmead is very big and as a i hace to buy goods for my store i have to to go each shelves to buy product and is tiring sometimes but getting to till and most of the product they dont put they own code and cashiers at till will tell me to go get product with code on ..they will never sent from their staff member and we must still pack items in trolley and offload in our vehicle but seriously such a big store and they service is so poor
