Dissappointed with the Locker system at Makro

I placed an order with Makro(wonderboom) for a blender online booked a Locker received details to go collect it which was a Thursday on Monday at 14:00 before end of business day my order was cancelled and been calling them but no one is giving me proper feedback of my refund or either of when I will I get the blender....I am so disappointed
