Dissappointed in online service.

I wish I could give a negative review. Your online service....can I call it a service?...is terrible. Everything is escalated with no comeback or resolution. Pathetic. Take ownership for the platform you are providing and stop saying it is a third party issue. I ordered using MAKRO not the third party. Also train your staff not to give empty answers and talk like robots.
