Dissappointed Customer

I ordered a table online as they dont sell it in store.The expected delivery date was the 6 August but im still waiting.The status is stil ordered packed no handed over to courier.I tried to send email but it comes back as undeliverd.I tried whats app when i put in my order number it shows there is no order with that tracking number.They wil put me through to someone they wil respond to my message shortly but stil nothing.Phone contact centre i was put from one person to another.This is the most pathetic online service i ever experience.I paid for my product and your policy states 2-5 working delivery but Makro cannot adhere to they own rules.If there is a delay they suppose to communicate.
