Dissaponting

Makro online I order on 10/01/2025 a an Asus Laptop at Makro online. The supplier canceled the order and I did not recieved a reason why the order was cancelled & i did not recieve a mail which they claim they sent the cancellation mail. I called the Makro call Makro online on this number ***, The Agents that i spoke to had no knowlege of how to respond to my request, all i kept getting to the querry is posted and i have to wait 48hrs for a reply, when i asked to speak to the manager i got put on hold for almost 10minutes. It is blatent that the manager also don't know how to handle the situation cos all the managers were either hiding or refused to take the call. This absolutely disgusting and REALLY FRUSTRATING. I think Makro is the worst online company to deal with. I get told that i got to wait 7-10 working day in order for me to refunded my money which absolutely unacceptable. I suggest people should be very carefull when buying from Makro Online.
