DISSAPOINTING SERVICE
I am honestly disappointed in the service I received. On the 20th November I bought my mom and Air fryer and paid online. 10 minutes later I realised I forgot to change the address so I can deliver it personally because it was a birthday present. So I called to change the address.
To my surprise the Airfyer was delivered to my mom how? I have no Idea. The box was all torn up , it didn't look good. so I called and complained, I also logged a return. The package was then picked up the next day.
I haven't heard anything form Makro. Not an apology, nothing at all. I do not even know when I will be receiving a new airfryer

Kindly note I still have not received a call. I received an email to tell me that the air fryer is no longer available which im assuming it was damaged hence i was given that one.
I was told I will be receiving my refund. I have still not received it.
The customer service is disgusting. I simple call to explain what is going on.
