Dissapointing delivery and Customer Service

Good day, I'm at my wits end with Makro. I've bought a Defy chest freezer 195l online on the 23 November 2018. They sent me a purchase confirmation saying that my item will be delivered 7-10 days however it's 15 working days and I still have not received my item. The status of my order MAK ********** shows complete but the item have not been delivered. The call centre staff gave me the couriers contact person and number and they never received my item. The call centre have been giving me the run around on my order then it's with this or that courier Monday I was told they ran out of stock. I've been emailing phoning and no one seems to be able or want to help. I've purchased at teh same time with other online retailers and everyone delivered the stipulated time even there returns was quicker than Makro's online. I will never purchase at this store again as they are not honest and they have the worst call centre staff.
