DISSAPOINTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL
I have placed an online order for items on the 31st of july 2023. I have phoned and sent several mails as to my order still not being delivered to me. I have gotten no response and it has been 12 days where their policy states 2-5 days. I am extremely dissapointed in Makro and their services and I will never ever be ordering from them or making any in store purchases.

Kindly also state on your online department about the days and time taken to deliver.
As customers we order goods hoping to receive it within that time frame as we know when we run out of specific products or items.
Again i must reiterate how disappointed i am with the online sales department at Makro and it really has pushed me to a point of not recommending anyone else to use it.
