Dissapointed Makro and Makro Crown Mines

So dissapointed with Makro. I wanted to buy the Chairmate wooden floor protective cover. I first checked their website for availability. I checked that Makro Crown Mines had stock. To avoid wasting my time going there (because I'm much closer to Makro Strubens Valley) I phoned the call centre ***. The lady who I spoke to was very helpful. She told me Makro Crown Mines has 17 in stock. Then to triple check I phoned Makro Crown mines. The guy in office furniture dept (unfortunately I didn't take his name) confirmed that they do have stock. Once I got to Makro Crown Mines they told me sorry there is no stock?!?! I called the Manager who checked on his phone on the product code. He said there is 2 in stock but they couldn't find any. The guy in charge of office furniture's excuse was that it must've gotten mixed up with the other product, which is the Chairmate carpet protector. He also said that it's the call centre's fault. I told him maybe but then I told him that I did speak to a guy at Makro Crown Mines (office furniture) who confirmed on the phone they have stock. I was very clear from the beginning that I wanted the one for Wooden floor. I am dissapointed with Marko for wasting my time and petrol.
