dissapointed in Makro!

SO disappointed on my 1st experience with Makro. ordered a washing machine online 4 weeks ago! still not delivered . they keep saying that it will be delivered, still today I am waiting. to think this was my 1st time using the store, I am not sure if ill ever use them again.
