Dissapointed at the Bennet Read sold at Makro

I bought a bennet read apliance at Makro centurion ,it was faulty when i took it in for repairs i was told to take it to Tevo directly and i took it there ,it was still under warranty,Tevo took the item and called me to acknowledge receipt and that it is indeed faulty and they will order a part to replace it,they will give me a call once it is received ,that was it ,now i go check why are they not calling me after such a long time, im told items not collected after 3 months get destroyed ,how ill i know i am supposed to collect when no one called me.
