Disrespectful Staff

I went to Makro Centurion on Monday and went to look at a watch. Then I went their on Tuesday 23 April with the idea to go and buy the watch in that specific color I spoke to one of the ladies that works in that department and she was very rude to me and she argued with me about the color of the watch and said to me that they do not sell that color and she has been working very long in that department she knows what they are selling after i have show her a photo of the watch i took on Monday. I asked her to speak to the Manager and the lady that assisted me on Monday was very rude and spoke to me very disrespectful in front of another customer and made me out that I am laying and raised her voice in front of the manager and a customer. This is unacceptable as i am a customer and staff should not speak to customers like that I would like to take this matter further as I have never been so embarrassed in a store like i was yesterday. Staff that made me feel that I am layer and that I don't know what I am talking about. Staff like this should not be working in a store like that that has no respect for other people.
