Disrespectful and Unprofessional Staff

I bought online and arranged for delivery for a specific time. I phoned a day earlier to confirm the same thing because I have leave for work. We agreed on delivery by 10am the latest. I don't know how many times I phoned to follow up on how far they are and I kept being told that they are on my way to me. At about 11:30 still no delivery, no follow up call , nothing. The last call I was told I'll be called back with confirmation, 3 hours later I'm still waiting. I missed work waiting for delivery from a branch that is less than 20 minutes from my house. Four hours of my time wasted. This is total ******* and unacceptable behavior from Makro staff. Not only did they not honor the agreement but they also made me wait for nothing. The arrogance and disrespect of not even calling back and say don't bother waiting because we have no intentions of delivering.
