Disrespectful and insulting service

I'm absolutely appalled by your service. I placed and order online on 27th Nov and have not even received confirmation of my order via email or sms yet. It's absolutely so disrespectful to your loyal customers because you are not even communicating and people bought Christmas gifts and are panicking that they may not receive it by Christmas due to a lack of communication. If find it very insulting that you keep advertising almost hourly on social media, yet the goods you advertise, you have no intention of delivering in the 3 to 7 days promised. I'm just so upset and frustrated with the level of disrespect received as a customer. Please confirm when my order will be delivered.
