Disregarded Makro's return policy and online return collecting.

Bought a School bag and was under 6 months warranty, the bag got torn and i logged for a return to exchange the bag on 23 February 2025 and up until today the bag is not collected by Makro Online since we cannot return it to the store. i call every day to get progress of the return and i'm told the return is not yet approved without any good reason. its been 3 weeks and i need the bag to be collected and exchanged.

Makro online employees do not offer good customer service and according to the website returns are collected within 48 hours but yet their not keeping up to their return policy.
