Disregard of customers
I ordered online from Makro and the same day my order was packaged and ready. It has not moved since. That was 9 days ago. There delivery policy states 2 to 5 days. When I phone the store I get told they will phone me back. Two days later. No one has phoned me back and my package has not changed status. Disgusting service.

12 Jul 2022, 01:14You probably copy and paste this reply on all the complaints. The disheartening part about all this, I placed my order 12 days ago. Now the product is out of stock. JOKES ON ME RIGHT!!!!! Waiting like a fool. Status of the product says packaged. What did Makro do? They took the one I ordered and gave it to someone else. So I must get the short end of the stick. Really I'm disgusted. Just because we can't reach those shops does not mean we do not also deserve to pay that price.
