Displaying available online while its not available 😢

On July 3rd, 2023, I purchased "Rechargeable Radio Control Drift Car - Green" from Liraz Wholesalers online. Makro mentioned that it is available online, however it is not! The order was canceled, and the refund will take 7 to 14 days! 14 days have passed and I still haven't received my refund; I've called several times to get a refund. In order for the reimbur*****t to be processed, I also responded to their several emails with my personal information and papers.

I am in the midst of filing a complaint with the NCC for displaying things that are not accessible online and failing to honor their 14-day return guarantee.
