Dismal service

I placed an online order for wines on 06/12/2024. A month later, my order was still to be delivered. In between I was receiving messages that my order was picked up by their courier service but never got delivered. I decided to cancel the order on 06/01/2025 and I'm still to receive my money. I called their customer center several times and what they did was to apologized for the poor service and promised to correct the situation but in vain. Still waiting for my money even today.
