Dismal Fail yet Again

I don't know why Makro is still in an online and app business because honestly they are unable to render the services, not long ago I wrote a review about my online order that I never received

That has happened again, I ordered for a couple of thousands and boon the order was canceled without being delivered. The biggest issue now is that the money is set to reflect end of the month but I wanted to use the items this week

Where will I get these things at the same price now and where will I get the money to do the event I had planned?
