I placed an order on the 26th, and the amount was deducted from my bank account, but the order shows as unsuccessful. I've been requesting a refund since the 28th, but every day I'm just told it has been escalated to finance. This has caused a major inconvenience, and I had to place a new order while still waiting for my refund. ALL I WANT IS MY REFUND!!!!
