Dishwasher not delivered

This is the 2nd hello peter i'm writing. I did not receive my dish washer even after is has been dispatched for 3 days now. I got a response to my previous hello peter review saying that they are personally handling my issue but as usual no feedback. I am sick and tired of this ****. Give my money back atleast, i'll gladly take my business elsewhere. I took the day off yesterday hoping my order will be delivered, you are really making my life a living misery. Whoever reads this mail must only contact me to confirm my delivery time or ask for my account details for a refund, i dont want some quack telling me that they are personally handling my issue, i want results, not ****ing apologies.
