Dishwasher extended warranty repair

<p>Our LG dishwasher started giving problems draining. We proceeded to claim via extended warranty and Makro sent out Panaserve for repair. The dishwasher was repaired and broke again 4 days later. Panaserve was then sent back and took the dishwasher to their shop for investigation as they do not know what the fault is. The dishwasher was returned on the 23rd with scrathes to the sides of the dishwasher from transporation. Today again the same problem with the dishwasher!!! Does makro not use reputable companies to do these repairs? How many times is this going to happen?</p>
