Dishonesty with their online promotions
Really pathetic service from Makro online and not the first, ordered a Stanley cup for my child, delivery status shows and confirmed. Contacted the call centre numerous times with them confirming it will be delivered and the the item has been approved just for the courier company to deliver. All of a sudden the item was cancelled a day after delivery but stock shows readily available on the item online. Makro refused to honor my deal says now I need repurchase it again as the promotion ended. Howz that for customer service and honesty. I have no faith at all with Makro online and never ever experienced such service from any online services or company

This is a very poor response from a huge retailer such as Makro, your online service is pathetic, so many customers are complaining as well. Firstly, your call center agents told me that it just needed to be delivered, and all of a sudden, it got cancelled. Why let me wait for days and then cancel the order? Also, why could I not maintain the promotion of the item and take a rain check, as it was not my problem that you guys could not fulfill my order?
