Dishonesty at Makro

I ordered a Condere 35 L air cooler which was on promotion. 2 days before delivery, it was cancelled due to alleged out of stock. I then caught them being dishonest and lying as I found the same product on their catalogue. They now refuse to honour their agreement and ignore my emails.
