Dishonest

I bought a printer from Makro early last year, within a few months, it stopped working, then I took it to be repaired at Makro since it was still under guarantee .

When I bought the printer I was promised that, if it stops working any time while it's under guarantee, they'll fix it without any charge, if it's technical issues, unless if it's a physically damage.

And there was no physically damage but I'm told to pay R800.00 to fix it. Can someone explain how possible is that????
