Disgusting/Terrible Service Makro/RCS

I settled my accounts and have been calling the Makro/RCS call centre to close this High interest account for 2 F%$en weeks. The closure department cannot be reached at all.

Why is it easy to open an account but hard to close it? i guess its because they want more of my money these cash ***s.

This is unacceptable and disgusting.

It would be a surprise if i get a call from Makro/RCS.
