Disgusting & ********* behaviour

I placed an order of the above mentioned yesterday and I was very surprised of the prompt service as I was told that the parcel will be delivered today. My excitement was short lived after the horrible experience, first of all inside the package the box seal was broken and you could see that it was open, my worse shock happened when I took out the watch and I saw dirt on it and that scared me as we in CoVid times and I don’t know who had the watch. I am worried about my health now since I’ve opened the box and found dirt in it. This is pure disrespect.

I’m very disgusted with Makro that who ever packaged this had the nerve to seal a box knowing very well that it’s a used watch filled with someone’s dirt and all? Even the charger doesn’t have the strip to show that it’s new, the respect I have for Makro has just gone down the drain.

I paid a full price for the watch and I expect a new watch. I’m not happy and I am going to escalate this further should I not have a response
