Disgusting service...missing items still not received

I received a call from the Makro hello Peter department telling me that they have to first check camera footage to confirm if the items was not delivered...so you telling me that you don't take your customers word that they did not receive the items,what if it was delivered at another address...I'm utterly disappointed and very upset at this service received as an old time customer who always orders online.....After waiting almost over month for my missing items to be delivered and no help received from helpdesk or WhatsApp ,just constant back and forth. Very disappointed,disgusting service
