Disgusting service , refund query
I have a on going query with makro that's seems like it can't be resolved.
Been getting calls everyday explaing the same thing over and over again but it seems like Makro staff just don't understand how to handle this simple query.
It's almost a month you sent me the wrong product, which means fault is on your side, returned logged you fetched the product it was confirmed via email the product is at the store and my money will be refunded.
Now I'm hearing all different kind of stories I want my money enough is enough you have the product at the store so why is it so hard for Makro to refund my own money .
