DISGUSTING SERVICE, ORDER STILL NOT RECEIVED.

I am disgusted at the service from Makro online. I ordered on 28 November and am still waiting for my order. Of all the items I ordered they delivered the most useless item (Tonic water) and the bult of my order is stuck at Value express. I have tried countless times to reach Makro and they keep saying the order is with courier. I called Value Express the entire week and they finally promised to deliver today and this morning they told me to rather go collect the items in store. I now have to spend unbudgeted for money to buys the items for my event tomorrow. At this point I fully blame Makro coz it is their job to follow up with courier if there is no movement on orders. I WANT A FULL REFUND ASAP AND COME COLLECT THE TONIC WATER THAT WAS DELIVERED COZ IT'S OF NO USE TO ME NOW.

I have to say "Courier guy" was very quick to deliver the tonics, as to why the rest of the order was sent to Value express I don't know.

GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY AND RESPOND TO MY REFUND REQUEST EMAIL SINCE ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH YOU VIA TELEPHONE. I WILL PERSONALLY COME COLLECT MY MONEY NO NEED TO TRANSFER IT AS I DO NOT HAVE 10 DAYS TO WAIT FOR THE MONEY.
