Disgusting service on falsely advertised product

Your service in insanely disgusting.

I ordered a microwave in December2024 which was delivered in January 2025.

It was totally false advertising as it was a standard microwave and not the grill microwave oven as was advertised.

I advised Makro via emails and asked for a return and my my money back.

It was first answered a week later, then I was told it was escalated. Then another week went by and emailed to find out what was going on. Another week went by and no response. I called the customer care yesterday and the lady apologized and promised someone will get back to me before the end of the day.

Suprise suprise, no one got hold me.

How are you even able to operate like this
