Disgusting service makro online

I am writing to express the frustration I have against makro I purchased a gift for christmas which never came on. I logged a return and it's been weeks and they haven't collect the item MAK*** They are useless even the call centre is useless. You are robbing customers how dare url take our money but supply a broken item.

I want feedback otherwise further action will be taken
