DISGUSTING SERVICE. Makro are ******!

Disgusted with the service. Ordered a gift before Christmas, came in 2 parts and only one part arrived, I was assured it would be delivered on the 24th ... NOTHING! And still today no delivery and after numerous calls and emails no order. I requested a refund NOTHING! And as we speak I have now been on hold for over 17 minutes... I will NEVER support Makro again for ruining a christams gift and keeping hold of my money.
