Disgusting Service, *********** staff

Sadly Makro does not take complaints seriously, yet the complaint was very serious. A lady contacted me after two weeks and her excuse was that she was on leave so her email was not manned. But pleasant as she was, her promise did not materialise. She promised me that the 3 departments which I complained about will contact me individually to sort out my complaint. However to date, NO ONE has contacted me so it is very clear that two weeks down the line, Makro cares a damn about its loyal clients.
