Disgusting Service from Marko SA Struben Valley

I'm so disgusted by the service that I've received from Makro SA Stubens Valley Online... order number MAK*** I ordered a 1xHennessy ,1x24 corona, and 2xJameson Select Reserve 750ml I received all the items however the 2xJameson Select Reserve were damaged and I made them aware and they approved my Return Application after a while....Only to find out that they made me a fool till today I haven't received a fund nor the two items that I asked for.

I spoke to Eddie Baloyi, Online Manager from Stubens Valley numerous times with no straight answer and he hanged up on me three times

I've spent my hard earn cash to purchase the items and I always order from Marko SA online for them to give me such poor/disgusting 🤢 service as one of the Largest African Retail Companies is appalled.

I've spend my data and airtime everytime just to be assisted on the matter but no solution
