DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM MAKRO PLEASE HELP

Good day,

I am in need of help PLEASE... I am devistated by the service Makro Provides! I put in an online order on the 6th April 2023, that I had cancelled on the 12TH April 23, waiting the 14 days for the refund AS SAID ON THEIR WEBSITE, I called on the 24th April 23 only to find out nobody had ever cancelled the order as I had requested! I HAVE called almost every day since to find out what the status is only to get different stories every time Note its the 15th of June 23 and I have still not received my refund the consultants say they will escalate the matter and still nothing is done they also hang up on you, I read a few reviews on the Makro page only to find some people have been waiting three even five months for their refunds Some NEVER getting their money back!! this is ridiculous!!! Im an only parent of three and provide for my children only to have Makro take my money and not care!

Please can someone help not only me but other people like me that are experiancing the same dissapointment when it comes to MAKRO!!

THIS IS BEYOND DISGUSTING SERVICE!! I will never purchase from them again
