Disgusting service from Makro online Finance Dept

I am very disgusted with Makro online service. I purchased an inventor online they couldn’t deliver it because of the unrest at the time. I went to pick up at Wonderboom Makro store only to get home it’s not working. I returned it the next day and I asked for refund. That was in July 2021. I have not received my refund even today. When I call the call center I’m told they will escalate the problem to their Finance Department I am so tired and disgusting about Makro’s service all I want is my money back.
