Disgusting service from Makro Online

Had an order confirmed on Nov 25, 2024. Delivery scheduled for 29 Nov. A large part of the order was cancelled supposedly due to unavailability of stock. Part of the order was delivered on 27 Nov, and the rest seems to have disappeared into cyberspace. 4 items totaling just under R1000 have not arrived. Tracking on the Makro website shows packed 25 Nov but not even given to courier yet. Help center is useless. have made around 10 calls since early December, all to no avail, with agents not even slightly interested in helping. As regards email contact, most emails are not rep**** to and if they are, the format is simply a generic apology with no bearing on my order. The online dept at Cape Gate, the supposed store of origin does not answer calls or reply to emails.
