Disgusting service from Makro online

purchased a kitchen scale on the 29 June 2025 , delivery expected on the 5 July that did not happen. I called the call center on the 5th and again on the 7th and sent 2 e mails to their customer support team . Still no feedback. They are pathetic. Everyone says they escalating the query but no feedback what so ever
