Disgusting service from Makro Online

DO NOT ORDER FROM MAKRO ONLINE! The delivery fee is a bit high for a package that is being delivered locally and the time frame is quite long for something that is stated as in stock in stores. The last update that I have had is my order has been packaged since the 05 December and there has been no update.

Emailing the support email gets no replies, calling the call centre also does not work because you will be on hold for a long time if you call only to speak to a call centre agent who can't help and can only tell you the status of your order, I asked for a manager but was told they were in meetings and you never actually get called back so I am running out of options here and I am not sure how to get my order as I was told picking it up from the distribution centre is not an option.

I regret not reading the reviews before ordering as this seems like a normal trend with online orders which makes me question why Makro has not tried to fix this and if they intend on working on this feedback.

Customers with the same problems on Facebook are feeling ****** and ****med and I must say it feels like I've given my money to a ******* who sends me around in circles to get my product which I might never ever get. I won't give up I'm so tired of this and I will never shop at Makro again
