Disgusting service from Makro Online

I placed an order on the 24th of December. My estimated delivery was the 29th of December. I did not receive any communication after placing my order. On the 2nd of Jan, at 3pm, I was informed that my order is out of stock and it will take another 10 business days for delivery, if i opted to wait. I requested a refund, i did not recieve any feedback. I called the call centre and was told i need to wait 48 houra for feedback and 7 to 14 days for a refund. Please do not purchase from them. You are better off purchasing from takealot.
