Disgusting service from Makro!

Disgusting lack of service from Makro. I purchased a coffee machine online and they promised it'd be delivered within 2 days of the order, it was not. its now been 11 days since i made the order and it still has not been delivered. Ive since asked for them to cancel the order and refund me. They keep making excuses and the order has still not been cancelled and i have not been refunded! They are quick to take the money but when there is a lack of service delivery, then they make excuse after excuse! Ive requested this continuously and have still not been refunded!
