Disgusting service from Makro

I honestly cannot write a more disgusted review of Makro, I have had ok experiences in the past but this is so unprofessional. I ordered a toolkit on special - they cancelled part of the order, apparently I am dumb as I went back on their website to find the exact product at a higher price, I really needed it so I ordered it again - bearing in mind that I pay immediately otherwise I wouldn’t receive my order, again it was cancelled 😡, I phoned there customer support and told her that the exact product they had cancelled twice was still on their website on promotion. I have since submitted my banking details copies of Id etc to receive 2 refunds - I ordered these products in February - and guess what - I still have not received my money back - so I’m expected to pay immediately but they can take over 2 and a half months to not credit me - suffice to say I’m furious and will never use Makro again - 😡😡
