Disgusting service from makro

Makro is the worst service when purchasing online line products. I have place an order on the 13 of March 2025 .Mak*** I received the order on the 16 March 2025 but my order was incomplete I bought a full charging set and an extra fast charging adapter to my surprise I only received the charging set adapter no charging cable nor my extra adapter that I order till today I haven't received any notification that my order will be rectified I started calling makro on 17 or 19 March 2025 and after hours on the phone I got through to some *********** agent that told me my order is still on the way and that the store didn't have products it is now the 25 March and still no products was delivered whatsoever I have ask the agent to cancel my order as I can't be paying incomplete products I want my products or a refund because this service is purely a disgraceful I urge everyone not purchase from makro online because don't deliver the products nor have they refunded my money
