DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM MAKRO

If I could give Makro no stars I would. I bought a **** eater from Makro, one that was marked down from R2300 to R1199 as it was the last one of that kind. When I got home I saw that the product had been broken before and the person who had returned it only paid R999 for the **** eater, not only that but the person's personal details have been left in the box with his old till slip. I then called the manager at Makro in Alberton who is "always" in a meeting. I have sent numerous emails to the service consultants with absolutely NO reply from anyone. This is the most disgusting service I have ever received and will never support Makro.
