DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM MAKRO!!!!! 21 DAYS LATER NO DELIVERY!!!!!!!!

I honestly do not know what to say with makro! Called again their call center yesterday at 15:00 and requested to speak to any manager there. I was informed by agent POPPY MBATHA, that ALL MANAGERS ARE ON LUNCH! This is such a joke! Eventually one of the managers came to the floor but refused to speak to me and Poppy refused to give me her name. After about 20 min she gave me the name SARAH. The fact that i have to type out such stories when all I want is the washing machine and DSTV explora (with installation) that I ordered on the 21st of November 2018. (21 days ago).

This is disgusting!!!!
