Disgusting service from *********** customer care agents at Makro

I called Makro customer care what disgusting and putrit service.....they customer care but they don't understand what customer care is. I had my makro card for years namely ***8 which my mrewards was linked to ....the unprofessional agent that even **** to me changed my card number and cancelled my old card and my mrewards is no longer available....I want me rewards back and I want my old Makro card back reflecting my credit ....and please start employing the correct people that understand customer care I called to be able to access my rewards and she just lost me mrewards. ...I want to be compensated for the inconvenience...
