Disgusting service

I went to makro Alberton this morning found 3 items in the clearance basket go to the till start ringing items up the cashier started taking the stickers off with the mark down prices I then asked her numerous times if they rang the discounted the discount prices she then told me yes after checking my slip before leaving the till they were at normal prices. I then questioned the cashier and called the manager one of the items markdown sticker was missing so the store refused to give me the item at the discount price and accused me of lying that the item had no clearance sticker on it. They then looked for the person responsible for the toy department and was nowhere to be found for almost an hour. The cashier then said to another customer that we are holding up the que as there was no sticker on the item . The cashier 4704 was very rude as well as other staff that was assisting. The cashier was also to lazy to scan the 2litre cokes loose a d charged me for 2 6 packs which costs nearly 50 rand more. I had to run around looking for a manager to sort out my refund which the store made the mistake. I will not be setting my feet on any of your stores again. I will be taking this yo the newspapers to show them how you treat customers like *******
