DISGUSTING SERVICE - DON'T BUY ONLINE!!!

Disgusting service from MAKRO that has caused unnecessary stress and time. I ordered 3 appliances on the 27th of July. To date the experience has been a nightmare. Firstly you having to deal with 3 different courier companies. The first one pitched up with no prior notice to deliver what I think was the fridge as they did not let me know before, I could not take delivery. They promised to deliver Friday waited all day and they did not pitch, so still waiting. The dishwasher was delivered by another courier on Wednesday, again no prior notice so I insisted they wait as was close by. They delivered the machine offered NO help to open and install. When I eventually got to it the Thursday it was the WRONG ONE! So now waiting again for them to collect and deliver the right one. The washing machine was delivered on Thursday again will NO prior notice so insisted they wait. There was no offer to help open and install, even though I asked that they please help they said no. This has been a horrible experience, I WILL NEVER BUY FROM MAKRO AGAIN!!! MAKRO I want my Fridge and the right Dish washer PLEASE! and strongly suggest you revisit your delivery service providers as they an extension of your brand.
