Disgusting service

I would give them a zero if it was possible the disgusting service that I received from makro I received an order 2nd of June 2025 they didn't deliver my Rhodes juice for cranberry I sent an email the very same day I saw that this item is missing I write in today on 2025-08_03 with no assistance their WhatsApp system is **** emails same the call centre is worse that time you using airtime to call them those agents are rude not trained dont care about customers they drop the line on you until today there is no resolution I ordered again this time they didn't bring my maize meal I called the driver immediately sent an email immediately stlll nothing I have been on the call with makro since yesterday I have spent more than 200 rand calling them emails no response this company doesnt care about their customers they don't do follow ups nothing as long as they milk us out of our hard earned money I edge people to not buy from makro
